Loan Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Car Refinance Executive to source and process Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Private Vehicle (PV) refinance, top-up, and used car loan cases. The role involves lead conversion, customer coordination, documentation, and liaising with banks/NBFCs to ensure timely disbursement.

• Key Responsibilities:🔹 Lead Handling & SalesContact and follow up with car & commercial vehicle owners for refinance / top-up loans
• Convert leads generated through calling, references, field visits, and digital campaigns
• Explain loan products clearly: refinance, top-up, balance transfer
• 🔹 Eligibility & AssessmentCheck vehicle eligibility (age, ownership, RC status)
• Verify customer profile (CIBIL, income, bounces, address stability)
• Suggest the best bank/NBFC option based on customer profile
• 🔹 Documentation & ProcessingCollect and verify documents:
• 
  
• RC, Insurance, Aadhaar, PAN, Address Proof
• Bank statements, income documents
• Coordinate with bankers, credit teams, and operations
• Track cases from login to disbursement
• 🔹 Customer CoordinationRegular follow-ups with customers for documents & approvals
• Handle customer queries regarding loan status, charges, EMI, foreclosure
• Ensure a smooth and transparent customer experience
• 🔹 Reporting & MISMaintain daily MIS of:
• 
  
• Leads received
• Logins
• Approvals
• Disbursements
• Update CRM / Excel / Google Sheets as per company process
