Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable machine or product solutions.
The role includes managing front office operations, attending incoming calls and inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team for quotations and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and a professional approach while dealing with clients.
Freshers with a technical background or candidates with experience in sales/customer handling are welcome. Knowledge of machines like VMC, laser cutting, or press brake will be an added advantage.
