Senior Field Sales Executive

Designation: Travel Associate (Field Sales)

Location: Western Region

About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and hardcore sales professional who thrives in a field environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals on the ground.

What You Will Do:

• Visit multiple clinics daily to engage with doctors and staff

• Work on leads generated through clinics and doctors

• Identify patients who require financial assistance for medical treatments

• Explain EMI-based loan options clearly and confidently

• Convince and convert interested patients into customers

• Build strong relationships with doctors and clinic partners

• Handle end-to-end customer onboarding including KYC process

• Ensure smooth coordination until loan disbursement.

Ideal Candidate: • Hardcore sales mindset with strong persuasion skills • Comfortable with field sales and extensive travel

• Confident communicator with customer-first approach • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets • Prior experience in loan sales / BFSI / field sales preferred.
