Job Description
We are hiring experienced field sales professionals who understand how local business markets operate and can build strong relationships with traders, warehouse owners, manufacturers, SMEs, distributors, transporters, and business owners across Bhiwandi and Dharavi.
This role requires a candidate who is comfortable spending most of the working hours on-ground, meeting clients directly, generating leads independently, and converting opportunities through continuous relationship-building and market presence.
Candidates who have only handled telecalling or inside sales profiles will not be suitable for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits across Bhiwandi industrial zones and Dharavi business clusters.
- Identify and acquire new business clients through direct market outreach and references.
- Build strong relationships with local traders, factory owners, transporters, wholesalers, and SME decision-makers.
- Generate business opportunities through regular market mapping and area coverage.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and payment coordination.
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline for closures and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through consistent field activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing and execution.
- Maintain daily reporting of meetings, leads, closures, and market feedback.
- Develop local referral channels and business networks within assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements
We are specifically looking for professionals who:
- Have minimum 5 years of strong field sales experience.
- Have previously worked in local business markets, industrial belts, or trading ecosystems.
- Are confident in direct client interaction and negotiation.
- Can independently generate business without dependency on company-generated leads.
- Understand local business culture and relationship-driven selling.
- Are willing to travel extensively within Bhiwandi and Dharavi markets.
