*Job Summary*

YES BANK is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, and management information systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely MIS reports, maintaining databases and trackers, analyzing business data, and coordinating with internal teams to support operational and management requirements.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.

* Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various sources.

* Maintain accurate databases, trackers, dashboards, and reporting formats.

* Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all MIS reports.

* Analyze data and provide relevant insights to management and business teams.

* Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

* Prepare performance reports and ad-hoc reports as required by management.

* Maintain proper records and documentation of reports and data.

* Support process improvement and automation of regular reports.

* Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify required information.

* Handle confidential business and customer-related information with appropriate discretion.

* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and reporting standards.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

* Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

* 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, banking operations, or a related field.

* Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and data handling.

* Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

*Preferred Skills*

* Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools.

* Basic knowledge of SQL or database management.

* Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry.

* Experience in report automation and dashboard preparation.
