Job Description

1.Handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.

2.To build relationships with other key stakeholders within the group, and contractors, by providing feedback, meeting regularly and ensuring quality of work is in line with company and statutory requirements.

3.Coordinate with labor contractor, arrange meeting if required to explain the process of work and payment process.

4.Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities.
