Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the sales team in generating business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product specifications
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing and product availability
- Support the sales team with technical and commercial information
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and inquiries
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, and customer interactions
- Assist in product presentations and client communication
- Build good relationships with customers and partners
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IT products, networking, CCTV, printers, or hardware is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with teams
- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred
- Experienced candidates can apply
