Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Electrical Industry.

Skill Set: Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Budget management and resource allocation. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in electrical projects. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

Oversee and manage electrical EPC projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Develop detailed project plans, set deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to mitigate potential delays or budget overruns.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality control protocols.

Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Issue material requisition and coordinate with procurement team to ensure all necessary material & equipment is available for project execution.

Supervise and guide the project team, providing technical and managerial support as needed.

Foster positive relationships with clients and execution team, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
