Position: Senior Executive /Asst Manager – Industrial Coatings
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Industry Preferred: Industrial Coatings / Paints / Construction Chemicals / Waterproofing / Building Materials
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth for industrial coating solutions across the Navi Mumbai market. The role involves developing retail channels, managing dealer networks, generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key influencers, and achieving territory sales objectives.
The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, hands-on experience in coatings or related industries, and the ability to work closely with retailers, contractors, applicators, consultants, architects, and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of industrial coatings through retail channels across the assigned Navi Mumbai territory.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, applicators, contractors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads from industrial customers, commercial projects, contractors, and influencers.
- Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and market penetration.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
Customer & Project Management
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers and influencers.
- Recommend suitable coating solutions based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical/application teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle negotiations, quotations, order closure, and payment follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial coatings, paints, waterproofing, construction chemicals, adhesives, or building material industries.
- Strong exposure to retail channel and dealer/distributor management.
- Existing network with contractors, applicators, retailers, or industrial customers preferred.
The Position is open only for candidates with the hands on experience of Navi Mumbai .
