Real Estate Office Manager / Team Leader

We are looking for a smart, disciplined, and experienced Team Leader / Office Manager for our growing real estate office located in Kharghar.

The candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, sales management, or office handling. The person should be capable of managing office staff, telecallers, field executives, client follow-ups, and daily office operations professionally.

The candidate should not only manage the team but also actively work with the team to help grow the business and improve sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office staff, telecallers, and field workers
• Handle daily office operations smoothly
• Monitor lead follow-ups and client handling
• Support and guide team members for better performance
• Coordinate site visits and customer meetings
• Maintain office discipline and productivity
• Work actively on leads and business development
• Help increase sales conversions and business growth
• Maintain reports, attendance, and daily updates

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience required

Hindi and English language compulsory

Marathi language will be an advantage

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage and motivate office team

Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM

Smart, responsible, and target-oriented personality
