Job Description
Real Estate Sales Manager – Roles & Activities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads and convert prospects into bookings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle site visits, project presentations, and negotiations
- Develop channel partners / broker network
2. Team Management
- Lead and motivate sales executives
- Assign targets and monitor performance
- Conduct daily sales reviews and team meetings
- Training on product knowledge and closing techniques
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Handle customer concerns and support closures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
4. Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with digital and offline marketing teams
- Plan campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities
- Track campaign performance and lead quality
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and MIS
- Maintain CRM and customer database
- Monitor booking status, collections, and documentation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
6. Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Create sales strategies for project launches
- Pricing and offer planning support
- Drive revenue growth and project absorption
