Job Description
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant/bar
- Supervise captains, stewards, and bartenders
- Handle guest service and resolve complaints effectively
- Manage opening and closing shifts
- Control bar inventory (liquor, beer, wine)
- Handle billing (POS) and cash management
- Assign duties and prepare staff schedules
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Focus on sales growth and upselling
