Supply chain executive's primary job is to bridge the gap between raw material procurement and finished goods delivery.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and follow up with vendors for timely material supply.
• Perform material checking and verification during inward deliveries.
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch for smooth inward and outward movement of goods.
• Prepare and share billing and purchase documents with the accounts team.
• Support warehouse operations and supervise helpers for daily material handling activities.
• Maintain basic reports for inventory, purchase, and material movement.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Operations / any relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory, procurement, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good coordination and communication skills for working with vendors, warehouse staff, and accounts.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
