Job Description

A Team Leader (TL) in BPO Sales is primarily responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and coaching team members to improve their sales techniques and productivity

Core Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Lead and motivate a team to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor dashboards, analyze sales metrics, and report on team performance to senior management.
  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
  • Escalation Handling: Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Quality & Compliance: Work with quality and operations teams to ensure adherence to process guidelines and compliance protocols.
