Job Description

Job Summary:

The Tele caller is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads, Loan Recovery, sell products/services, or provide customer support.


Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound/ inbound calls to promote products or services.

· Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.

· Answer customer queries and provide relevant information.

· Achieve daily and monthly calling/ recovery targets.

· Maintain a positive, professional demeanour at all times.


Qualifications:

· Good verbal communication skills.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

· Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
