We are currently hiring experienced Site Engineers for execution of our ongoing and upcoming Industrial Shed / Warehouse / Factory Building Projects at Raipur location.

This is a complete site execution role for candidates who have hands-on experience in Steel Structure Erection, Roofing & Wall Sheeting, Industrial Shed Construction, and PEB Project Coordination.

▪ Job Profile:

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling complete on-site execution of PEB / Steel Building projects including:

✔ Steel Structure Erection

✔ Roof & Wall Sheeting Work

✔ Industrial Shed & Warehouse Construction

✔ Alignment & Bolt Tightening

✔ Structural Finishing & Rectification

✔ Site Planning & Daily Work Monitoring

✔ Labour & Contractor Management

✔ Material Coordination & Site Safety

Candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring smooth project execution within timelines.

▪ Key Responsibilities:

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Supervision and execution of complete PEB steel structure erection work as per approved drawings

• Handling roof sheeting, wall cladding, flashing, trims, ridge, gutter, down-take pipes, and finishing work

• Understanding and checking GA Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, Erection Drawings, and Anchor Bolt Layouts

• Ensuring proper alignment, plumbing, leveling, bolt tightening, and structural accuracy at site

• Coordination with fabrication team, project managers, contractors, clients, and consultants

• Planning manpower deployment and monitoring daily site progress

• Maintaining DPR (Daily Progress Report), material records, site reports, and billing measurements

• Monitoring crane activities, unloading operations, and material shifting at site

• Identifying and solving technical/site issues during erection and sheeting activities

• Ensuring proper use of safety equipment and maintaining site discipline

• Controlling material wastage and maintaining inventory records

• Supporting project completion and handover activities

▪ Required Candidate Profile:

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 2 to 8 years experience in PEB / Steel Structure Projects

• Strong practical knowledge of:

✔ Steel Building Erection

✔ Industrial Shed Construction

✔ Roofing & Wall Sheeting

✔ Structural Connections

✔ Erection Sequence

✔ Site Coordination

• Experience in Factory Buildings, Warehouses, Industrial Sheds, Logistics Parks, or Commercial Steel Buildings preferred

• Candidate should be capable of handling labour teams, subcontractors, and site activities independently

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and reporting formats

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Willingness to stay at project site as per project requirement

• Experience in heavy steel structures, multi-span buildings, crane buildings, and fast-track industrial projects
