We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can efficiently manage financial records while supporting day-to-day administrative and communication tasks.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, E-way Bills, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
• Work on Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel for daily accounting activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and documentation.
• Draft and send professional emails to clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Maintain digital records and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist management with financial reports and MIS as required.
• Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST.
• Comfortable with professional email communication and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• PreferredExperience in a manufacturing or industrial company.
• Knowledge of inventory and purchase accounting.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems is an advantage.
