Accounts Executive And Accounts Manager

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the accounts team.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.

Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control activities.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and assessments.

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings within deadlines.

Verify invoices, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and payroll-related accounting entries.

Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

Support management with financial analysis, MIS reports, and forecasting.

Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all financial transactions.

Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
