Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible candidate who can handle multiple roles including HR operations, office coordination, social media management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:HR & Admin:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Handle basic HR documentation and policies

Office Assistance:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal team
  • Maintain office files, inventory, and records

Social Media Management:

  • Handle Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms
  • Create and post content (Reels, Posts, Stories)
  • Reply to DMs and engage with customers

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer queries via call, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Process orders and coordinate with dispatch team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-ups
