Analyst

Role SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to support consulting engagements. This role involves research, data analysis, documentation, and client interaction. Key Responsibilities

Research & Data Collection

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather industry insights, benchmarks, and best practices
• Design and manage survey questionnaires; collect and consolidate responses
• Coordinate with clients to gather raw data, conduct interviews, and obtain supporting documents
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of collected data

Data Analysis & Visualization

• Clean, organize, and validate datasets for analysis
• Analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets and derive actionable insights
• Assist in building financial/analytical models (cash flows, pricing, break-even, dashboards)
• Create charts, reports, and client-ready dashboards

Project Support & Documentation

• Support consultants in preparing reports, SOPs, and presentations
• Develop client-ready deliverables including reports, decks, and strategic documents
• Maintain version control and documentation repository
• Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables

Client Interaction & Collaboration

• Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges
• Communicate with clients to collect inputs, share updates, and clarify data points
• Support consultants during client visits and project implementation
• Assist in real-time problem-solving during workshops or field engagements

Internal Knowledge Building

• Stay updated on industry trends, benchmarks, and analytical tools
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and learning sessions
• Support improvement of internal tools, templates, and processes
• Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
