Job Summary:

The Architect will play a key role in the planning, design, and coordination of healthcare infrastructure projects. The position involves developing architectural concepts, preparing master plans and technical drawings, and working closely with healthcare planners, engineers, and project teams to ensure designs meet functional, regulatory, and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural layouts and detailed drawings for hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare planners, MEP engineers, and civil consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and design presentations. Ensure compliance with NABH, NMC, and local building codes and accessibility standards.
• Support preparation of technical documentation, BOQs, and design inputs for RFPs and DPRs.
• Coordinate with client and project teams during planning, execution, and review phases.
• Provide technical guidance and design support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. (Master's Preferred)
• 1-4 years of experience in architectural design, with preference for healthcare or institutional projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software.
• Strong understanding of hospital planning guidelines, building codes, BYE LAWS and space programming.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and coordination skills.
