About the Role
Win Quoter is looking for a motivated Software Training & Technical Support Specialist to help clients succeed with our cloud-based quoting solutions. We specialize in door and window software, empowering businesses to streamline their quoting workflows. In this role, you’ll deliver training, provide technical support, and ensure customers get the most value from our platform. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training will be provided.
What You’ll Do?
* Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and tutorials for clients.
* Provide responsive support via email, chat, and phone.
* Troubleshoot issues with cloud-based applications and integrations.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve onboarding and workflows.
* Maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For?
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
* Freshers or candidates with up to 2+ years of experience in training, support, or customer success.
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Problem-solving mindset with patience and customer-first attitude.
* Familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing tools is a plus.
