Job Description
Job Profile – MEP Design / HVAC Engineer
- Preparation of HVAC system design including heat load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing.
- Design and preparation of HVAC layouts such as ducting layouts, chilled water piping layouts, and equipment layouts.
- Selection of HVAC equipment including AHU, FCU, VRF systems, ventilation fans, pumps, and chillers as per project requirements.
- Coordination with architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting teams for integrated MEP design.
- Preparation of technical submissions, BOQ, and equipment specifications for projects.
- Preparation of tender documents and techno-commercial proposals for HVAC and MEP projects.
- Review of shop drawings and site conditions to ensure design compliance.
- Perform energy efficiency and heat load calculations for optimized HVAC system performance.
- Coordination with vendors and suppliers for technical discussions, equipment selection, and procurement.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and MEP systems
