Job Description
- Platform Management: Oversee incoming orders via Petpooja (POS) and manage live listings on Zomato and Swiggy. Ensure "Mark Out of Stock" is used accurately for ingredients to prevent order cancellations.
- Petty Cash Digitization: Maintain digital logs of daily miscellaneous expenses as per company SOPs, ensuring every rupee is accounted for without manual errors.
- Dispatch Coordination: Supervise the rider fleet. Ensure that riders (using their own vehicles/fuel) are dispatched logically to maintain the "hot and fresh" promise.
- Product Integrity: Conduct random checks on pizza crust consistency, topping distribution, and packaging quality before orders leave the counter.
- Maintenance Oversight: Ensure critical equipment (Ovens, Chillers, Grease Traps) is functioning. Regularly inspect the grease trap chambers and inlet pipes to prevent drainage backups.
- Food Safety: Enforce strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for dough and fresh toppings to minimize wastage and ensure food safety compliance.
- Roster Management: Create weekly shift schedules that account for peak weekend rushes and late-night delivery demands.
- Training: Onboard new staff on the specific "Tossin Style" of service and tech usage.
- Discipline: Maintain a high standard of grooming and punctuality among the staff, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the brand’s 30-day productivity goals.
- Inventory Tracking: Perform daily and weekly stock takes of high-value items (cheese, specialized meats, imported sauces).
- Upselling: Train the front-of-house team to suggest add-ons, beverages, and desserts to increase the Average Order Value (AOV).
