Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Coordinator to handle daily office support and documentation work. The candidate will manage files, maintain backups, handle emails, and coordinate with customers regarding required information and updates.
- ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain office files and documents
- Create backup copies and properly save records/data
- Handle email communication and send required documents
- Coordinate with customers and resolve basic queries
- Maintain accurate records and update data regularly
- Support day-to-day back office operations
- Ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- RequirementsBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, File Management)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage records and documentation carefully
- Organized and responsible working style
- Experience in back office work is preferred
