Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to TV products and services.Resolve customer queries regarding installation, complaints, warranty, service requests, and product information.Maintain proper call records and customer data in the system.Coordinate with service teams for complaint resolution and follow-ups.Provide professional and courteous customer support.

Required Skills:Good communication and customer handling skills.Basic computer knowledge.

Language Preference:Tamil/ Malayalam/ Hindi/ English(Candidates fluent in multiple languages will be preferred.)
