Job Profile: Customer support/ Client servicing Executive

Experience: 6 Months- 2 Years


Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive / Customer Support Executive to manage client accounts, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in client servicing or the e-commerce industry and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with client accounts.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Resolve escalations within defined timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding orders, services, and processes.
  • Ensure high levels of service quality and client retention.


Requirments

  • Experience in Client Servicing, Customer Support, or the E-commerce industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle client issues, concerns, and operational queries effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
