JOB DESCRIPTION: INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

To support our targets in revenue, we are expanding our inside sales division with process-driven professionals who excel at digital lead conversion and rigorous operational discipline.
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is the primary driver of incoming lead qualification, digital sales closures, and remote account management. Managing solutions ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹3 Lakhs+, this role requires a balance of high-velocity selling and strict commercial compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure that no deal moves forward unless the customer explicitly agrees to our payment and logistics terms, preventing costly delivery rejections or delayed collections.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Lead Management & Digital ConversionManage, nurture, and convert inbound leads generated via digital channels (IndiaMART, Google, Website, and inbound calls).
- Conduct remote product consultations via video calls/demos, explaining technical specifications (4K resolution, Android OS versions, touch precision) clearly to prospective clients.
- Maintain a healthy, updated pipeline in the company’s CRM/Shared Log, ensuring daily follow-ups are completed systematically.
Commercial Compliance & Terms Verification
- Terms Disclosure: Clearly educate the customer on GoLive’s delivery and payment terms before finalizing any sale. Explicitly explain the difference between standard delivery and Hub-based COD for heavy consignments.
- Pre-Dispatch Validation: Ensure the customer acknowledges in writing (via email/WhatsApp) that they understand their payment and pickup obligations before handing the deal over to logistics.
- Deal Sheet Execution: Accurately fill out and submit the mandatory Sales Deal Sheet for every order, detailing final pricing (inclusive of GST), procurement readiness, and confirmed payment methods.
Team & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate instantly with the procurement and warehouse desks to confirm stock availability before quoting definitive dispatch dates.
- Hand over clean, fully-verified data to the Operations & Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth dispatch and rapid local installation setups.
- Liaise between the customer and accounts team to track and verify advance payment receipts.
- Daily Rhythm & Pipeline ReportingParticipate in the mandatory 10:30 AM Daily Huddle to share active deals and conversion targets for the day.
- Submit a daily sales and call log report by 7:00 PM highlighting qualified leads, orders booked, and payment follow-ups.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, B2B Inside Sales, or E-commerce client coordination (Experience in IT hardware, AV equipment, or consumer durables is highly preferred).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and functional English. Must be confident, polite, and firm when discussing financial terms and COD structures.
- Tech Literacy: High proficiency in navigating WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), CRM tools, and video-conferencing software (Zoom/Google Meet).
- Core Trait: Highly organized with zero tolerance for administrative errors. Ability to multi-task between customer calls and detailed data entry without dropping critical details.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Success Metrics
- Lead Conversion Rate: Meeting monthly target thresholds for transforming raw digital inquiries into paying customers.
- Revenue Quota: Achieving a consistent individual sales target (~₹30 Lakhs to ₹40 Lakhs per month to feed the corporate milestone).
- Deal Sheet Accuracy: 100% error-free completion of pre-dispatch documentation.
- Zero-Loss Logistics: Maintaining a 0% Return-to-Origin (RTO) rate due to miscommunicated payment or delivery terms.

- Compensation: ₹18,500 – ₹22,000 Fixed Base Salary per month (Commensurate with experience)
- Incentive Structure: Performance-linked volume bonus (e.g., ₹500 per successful order completed, or milestone-based commission) calculated strictly upon realization of 100% customer payment in the company bank account.
