Job Description
Role Summary:
Grahak Mitra is responsible for assisting walk-in customers at the branch, promoting digital banking channels, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the branch.
• Guide customers in using digital banking channels such as YONO, ATM, UPI, Internet Banking, and ADWM.
• Support customers in completing banking transactions and documentation.
• Educate customers about banking products and services.
• Assist customers in providing service feedback.
• Ensure no customer remains unattended in the branch.
• Direct customers to the appropriate bank officer for product enquiries and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide priority support to HNI, Wealth, and Premier customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: 21 to 30 years
• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (Preference: Any Industry)
• Language: Local language (Read, Write, Speak) and English (Read, Write)
