Job Description
We are looking for a Barista cum server who will be the face of the restaurant - greeting customers, interacting with them & providing best service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP, latte art making would be a plus.
- Having good knowledge about coffee machine - semi automatic machine
- Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store
- Serving beverage and food to customers on table
- Handling POS system & billing
- Handling online delivery orders - packaging & dispatch
- Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working
- Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records
Shift hours - 9 hours; 1 weekly off (Mon-Thurs)
