🚨 Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE)
🏢 Company: Shipit Express
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
📍 Department: Sales & Business Development
💼 Job Role:
Generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and increase PTL logistics shipment volumes.
📌 Responsibilities:
✔️ Generate leads through field visits, cold calling & online platforms
✔️ Acquire new clients & maintain customer relationships
✔️ Achieve sales targets & revenue growth
✔️ Handle rate negotiations & quotations
✔️ Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery
✔️ Promote PTL, Surface Express, Air Cargo & FTL services
🎯 Requirements:
✅ 1–5 years experience in Logistics / Transport / PTL Sales
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Target-oriented & self-motivated personality
✅ Knowledge of Excel, CRM & email communication
✅ B2B logistics sales experience preferred
🎓 Qualification:
🎓 Graduate / MBA preferred
