Must have Experience in any Industry related to Transformer, Genset industry, LT Panel, HT Panel, Switchgear, Inverter segment, UPS segment, Servo Stabilizer, and CSS segment industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in electronics manufacturing sector.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with production and planning teams for timely order execution.

• Follow up on payment collection and ensure timely receivables.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Maintain customer database and prepare sales reports.

• Attend exhibitions, industrial meets, and customer meetings for business development.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Average communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong knowledge of electricals manufacturing products and industrial market.

• Ability to generate leads and convert into sales.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, email communication.

• Willingness to travel for client visits.

• Good presentation and customer handling skills.
