Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. You will bridge the gap between our marketing initiatives and sales goals, bringing in new clients through strategic outreach, networking, and expert consultative selling. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using .
- Client Acquisition & Closing: Engage potential clients to understand their pain points, present tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align outbound efforts with marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless flow from lead generation to closing.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects, transforming them into long-term clients.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and lead acquisition targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of handling objections and finalizing contracts.
