Job Description
Position: Business Marketing & Sales Executive (Pre-Sales & Lead Management)
Company: Artvikta Studio
Location: New Delhi (Studio-based role)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹7,500
About Artvikta StudioArtvikta Studio is a bespoke art and interior surface design studio specializing in luxury wallpapers, wall murals, artworks, rugs, and customized décor solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We work with premium homeowners, architects, and businesses across India.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, handle pre-sales communication, and support client conversions through structured follow-ups and coordination with the design team.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in interiors, luxury décor, or creative industries.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead ManagementHandle incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website & referrals
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements
- Maintain structured follow-up schedules
- Pre-Sales SupportShare product details, catalogues, and references with clients
- Coordinate with internal team for quotations
- Assist clients in selecting suitable solutions
- Support conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
- CRM & TrackingMaintain lead records in CRM / Google Sheets
- Track enquiry status and follow-ups
- Ensure no leads are missed
- Marketing SupportAssist in posting updates on WhatsApp Business / Instagram (if required)
- Coordinate with team for campaign follow-ups
- Support showroom visitor coordination
Candidate RequirementsExperience
- 0–2 years experience in sales / pre-sales / customer handling
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
Skills
- Strong spoken Hindi & English
- Confident client interaction skills
- Organized and disciplined follow-up ability
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel, Instagram
- Interest in interiors / design preferred

- CRM handling experience
Incentive Structure (Performance-Based)Additional incentives up to ₹10,000 per month based on:
