Job Description:-
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily check-ins to monitor sales team activities, progress, and daily reports.
- Target Achievement: Set and communicate clear, achievable sales targets for the team and individual representatives on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach the field sales team to maximize their potential and deliver outstanding performance.
- Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies that expand the customer base and drive market penetration.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and relay relevant information to the sales team to adjust tactics.
- Daily Engagement: Ensure the team is focused on their daily tasks and attends mandatory daily meetings to review performance and set priorities.
- Sales Meetings: Plan and conduct regular sales meetings to provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Training and Development: Identify knowledge gaps and training needs within the team and develop plans to address them.
- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely sales, revenue, and expense reports to upper management.
- Issue Resolution: Provide on-the-ground support to help the team resolve complex client issues and close deals.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate with Communication skills.
Experience& Knowledge:
• Years in relevant experience in Field Sales is a must.
• Basic Computer knowledge - Excel, word, power-point, emails.
Key Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in a Field sales role, with at least 5+ years in a field sales
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire a sales force.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and resilient mindset with strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in the field.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and committed to achieving challenging goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
