Job Description

Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and reliable Sales Executive for our Mattress Experience Centre. This is a unique role that combines in-store sales, field visits to client homes, and handling pan-India sales inquiries over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showroom Sales: Greet walk-in customers, understand their comfort needs, and explain the technical benefits of different mattresses (memory foam, pocket spring, etc.).
  • Field Visits: Travel to client locations to take accurate bed/frame measurements and provide on-site product demonstrations.
  • Inside Sales: Handle incoming lead calls from all over India, answer queries on WhatsApp/Phone, and close sales remotely.
  • Lead Management: Follow up with potential customers who visited the showroom or called online to ensure conversion.
  • Reporting: Maintain a daily log of showroom walk-ins, field visits, and phone inquiries.
