Profile - DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.....
Salary - Rs. 3 LPA TO 5 LPA + Incentives + Travelling Allowance + Foreign Trips+ Fast Track Promotions ( 06 Months ).....
Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
ü Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of ADRMs and
Advisors
ü Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of ADRMs
and advisors.
ü Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently
ü Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining
the Persistency standards.
ü Training and Development of the team of ADRMs, advisors for new.
product launches / revision in the existing policies.
ü Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
ü Work with other functions / departments and work towards solving.
