Job Title: Collection Executive

Reporting To: Team Leader / Collection Manager
- Roles & Responsibilities:Contact customers via outbound calls to collect outstanding payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery.
- Explain payment terms, due dates, and available payment options clearly.
- Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with the team leader regarding difficult or escalated cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
- Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in collections/BPO preferred (Freshers can also apply).
- Working Days & Timings:6 days working
- Fixed shift (as per company policy)
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary + incentives (as per performance)
