Position: Collection Executive

Job Location: H-144, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience/Fresher: (Both welcomed): 1–2 years of experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle collection and payment reminder calls professionally
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments
Maintain records of customer conversations and payment updates
Resolve basic customer queries related to collections
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Maintain good customer relationships and professional communication
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Confident and positive attitude
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
MBA freshers are welcome
Experience in BPO, collection, telecalling, finance, or banking is an added advantage
