Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide assistance, and ensure smooth communication with clients and stakeholders. The candidate should possess good communication skills and a professional approach towards customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups

Maintain records of customer interactions and updates

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and communication

Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or client handling

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
