Job Title: Telesales Executive – Automobile Industry

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives up to ₹25,000

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive for the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, promoting automobile products/accessories, and converting inquiries into sales.

• Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain automobile products, accessories, offers, and services to customers.
• Generate sales leads and follow up regularly for conversions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with sales/dispatch team for order processing.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Requirements:6 months to 2 years telesales/telecalling experience preferred
• Automobile industry experience is a plus
• Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi / Basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented attitude
