Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tele collections Manager to lead and oversee the business loan collection process from early delinquency (Bucket X) to write-off stage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of tele callers, optimizing collection strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and improving recovery rates while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collections Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement telecalling collection strategies for business loans across all delinquency buckets, from Bucket X to Write-Off stage.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Handle escalated cases and negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring options with borrowers.

• Ensure a customer-centric approach while maintaining firm recovery objectives.

• Minimize customer disputes and complaints by ensuring effective communication.

3. Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, analyzing trends and recovery performance.

• Track key collection metrics such as delinquency rates, resolution rates, and effectiveness of strategies.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in business loan collections.

• Experience handling high-value SME, MSME, or commercial loan collections preferred.
