Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive for promoting biometric attendance systems, access control systems, CCTV, software solutions, and related security products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing deals, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and online sources.
- Sell biometric machines, attendance systems, access control devices, CCTV, and software solutions.
- Visit corporate offices, factories, schools, hospitals, builders, and commercial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with installation and technical team after sales.
- Follow up for payments and renewals.
- Maintain daily sales report and CRM updates.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales.
- Field sales experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM).
- Ability to travel for client meetings.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
