Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager (RM) to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and have a passion for sales and customer engagement. Both freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Freshers can apply
1–2 years of experience in sales preferred
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Working Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Sunday
