Job Summary: 

 

We are seeking a Product Installation & Support Executive to do product installations, provide technical support and excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have previous technical support experience, particularly in the electro-mechanical machines domain and require traits such as politeness, calmness, and a focus on customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Addressing customer queries promptly and courteously through various communication channels like phone, email, etc.   
  • Documenting customer interactions and managing tickets using Excel or CRM tools. 
  • Offering on-site assistance to customers across multiple states for troubleshooting and upkeeping of robotic equipment & other medical devices. 
  • Handling customer grievances and elevating concerns to relevant departments as needed. 
  • Coordinating with other teams to improve the overall customer journey. 

Requirements: 

 

  • Spoken & written efficiency in English. 
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electronic components. 
  • Familiarity with mechanical tools. 
  • Previous technical support experience, particularly in the electromechanical machines' domain. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer delight.  
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 

Qualification: Diploma or other comparable degree in Mechanical or any relevant field
