Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Ensure timely resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction
Maintain clear communication through calls, messages, or internal systems
Perform backend support tasks related to customer service
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Requirements
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Word)
Ability to understand and resolve issues effectively
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualification
Experience in banking, insurance, car finance, or related fields is an added advantage
