Job Description
🧑💼 Job Role: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our growing travel start-up. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and assisting them with travel-related services.
- ✅ Requirements: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet browsing)
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
- Willing to learn about travel bookings (Flights, Hotels, etc.)
- 💼 Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and respond to WhatsApp messages
- Assist customers with travel enquiries (Flights, Hotels, etc.)
- Provide basic information and support for bookings
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with team when required
- 🎯 Job Type:No fixed sales target
- Focus on customer handling & support
