Data Analytics & Science Trainer

A Data Science & Analytics Trainer designs and delivers programs teaching data skills (Python, R, SQL, ML, Viz) through engaging workshops, hands-on projects, and mentoring, requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends to empower learners with practical data analysis and modeling abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive, up-to-date training materials, presentations, exercises, and real-world projects.
• Training Delivery: Conduct interactive workshops, lectures, and webinars for diverse audiences, both in-person and online.
• Technical Instruction: Teach core concepts like programming (Python, R), databases (SQL), machine learning, statistics, and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
• Learner Support: Mentor participants, offer one-on-one coaching, help with complex concepts, and provide career advice (resumes, interviews).
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through assignments and projects, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Industry Updates: Stay current with the latest data science trends, tools, and methodologies to keep content relevant.
• Collaboration: Work with other trainers and experts to ensure high-quality, cohesive learning experiences. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Strong command of Python, R, SQL, data analysis, machine learning, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Teaching Ability: Proven experience in training, mentoring, or facilitating, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience: Background as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role.
• Soft Skills: Ability to engage learners, manage group dynamics, and provide motivational guidance
