Job Description


  • Progress Monitoring: Track changes in a patient's weight, fluid balance, and blood glucose, adjusting dietary plans as clinical conditions evolve.
  • 3. Interdisciplinary CollaborationWard Rounds: Participate in multidisciplinary medical rounds alongside doctors, pharmacists, and nurses to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Food Service Liaison: Work with the hospital’s kitchen and catering staff to ensure therapeutic diets are prepared accurately and safely according to prescription.
  • 4. Patient Education & Discharge PlanningDietary Counseling: Educate patients and their families on required lifestyle modifications, food-drug interactions, and special cooking guidelines.
