Hands-on experience in generating, updating, and cancelling E-way bills as per GST norms; ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

Strong understanding of dispatch processes including shipment planning, invoice verification, and coordination with transporters.

Documentation & Compliance

Ability to manage dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, LR copies, and maintain proper records for audit purposes.

Inventory & Stock Handling

Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock movement tracking, and coordination with warehouse teams.

Attention to Detail

High level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and shipment verification to avoid errors and delays.

Communication Skills

Good verbal and written communication for coordination with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners.

Problem-Solving Ability

Ability to handle dispatch-related issues such as delays, mismatches, and documentation errors efficiently.

Time Management

Capable of managing multiple dispatches simultaneously and meeting strict timelines.

ERP/Software Knowledge (Preferred)

Familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP, Tally, or any dispatch/logistics software) for order processing and tracking.
